Take 30 minutes from your busy schedule for some coffee and snacks at the nearest Barista outlet and help them better their Customer Service!
All you need to do is anonymously evaluate the outlet’s ambience, food quality, time standards and the service offered and report your findings along with the scanned copy of the receipt within 24 hours by completing the questionnaire, which will be made available in your Shop Log, if you are assigned the outlet.
Please note you have to order a food item and beverage made by Barista Lavazza only. You must order:
1. One Beverage (Do NOT order aerated/soft drinks)
2. One Food item (Do NOT order Quaker oats combo)
The meal must be consumed in the outlet itself and cannot under any circumstance be a takeaway.
The reimbursement amount for this assignment is Rs. 300/- only. No additional fee will be provided. You must upload a clear copy of your receipt with your report. Your report will not be accepted if sufficient comments are not provided. If the store is closed/under renovation, you need to take a photograph - in this case no reimbursement amount will be paid.
If you are available to complete this assignment on or before Sunday, 10th November, 2013 and submit the report with the clear receipt within 24 hours of the completion of the assignment then go ahead and apply for the location most convenient to you. The Mystery Shop will be assigned to the most suitable candidate by Friday, 8th November 2013. You will receive an automated email confirmation so do ensure you check your email. No phone calls will be made or entertained for confirmation of the Mystery Shop.
Post receipt of the email, check your Shop Log for the exact address of the assigned location, the questionnaire and the training module. Please review the questionnaire and the training module thoroughly prior to the Mystery Shop to ensure you know what parameters need to be evaluated. There are quite a few changes in the Training Module as well as the Questionnaire - do ensure you revisit the same before setting out for your Mystery Visit.
If you fail to submit your report within the deadline, the assignment will be cancelled and removed from your Shop Log.
